- Donuts are made with textured cardstock and non-shed glitter paper
- Comes completely assembled on 0.25 inch white ribbon
- Flags are moveable and can be spaced to your preference

MEASUREMENTS
- Flags measure approximately 3.75 x 4.75 inches
- Letters measure approximately 2.0 inches tall
- Donuts measure 2.5 inches
- Banner measures 11.25 inches, with an additional 2 feet of extra ribbon at each end for hanging
